57th Haryana Senior State Basketball Championship 2025 (Men’s & Women’s)

This is to inform you that the 57th Haryana Senior State Basketball Championship 2025 (Men’s & Women’s) will be held from 15th to 17th November 2025 at Bhim Stadium, Bhiwani, Haryana. The championship will commence at 10:00 AM on Saturday, 15th November 2025.

The following charges will be as per bye laws of HSBA:

a) Annual Subscription

b) Team Entry Fee

c) Player Registration Fee

d) Protest Fee

All payments must be made only through online bank transfer, cheque or demand draft (DD) in favour of Haryana State Basketball Association. Cash payments will not be accepted.

Eligibility:

a) Only players who are currently residing, working, or studying in their respective districts in Haryana are eligible to represent their district teams.

b) A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory for players who are registered from any other district or state. The NOC must be submitted prior to the start of the championship, during team registration.

You are kindly requested to confirm your team’s participation by submitting the Team Entry Form (12 players), duly signed by the President / Secretary, via email to haryanabasketballassociation21@gmail.com on or before Monday, 3rd November 2025.

Accommodation: Free boarding and lodging will be provided by the organisers.

Final Player Registration:

a) The final list of 12 selected players from each district (Men's and Women's) must complete the online Player Registration Form.

b) Players who fail to submit this form will not be eligible to participate in the championship.

c) The player's registration link will be available on the official website and the access password will be shared in the official communication group. 

Uniform & Ceremony: All participating teams must be in proper basketball uniform. It is mandatory for all teams to report on time and participate in the Opening Ceremony March Past. Teams failing to report or take part in the March Past will be disqualified from the championship.

Selection Trials (Haryana Team): The selection of players for the Haryana Senior Teams (Men’s & Women’s) will be based on individual performance during the competition.
