The Haryana State Basketball Association (HSBA) is the recognised governing body for the sport of basketball in the state of Haryana. Dedicated to the growth and development of basketball at all levels, HSBA oversees the promotion, organization and regulation of the game throughout the state.
HSBA is proudly affiliated with the Basketball Federation of India (BFI) and the Haryana Olympic Association (HOA). It is registered under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012, and operates as a non-profit organization committed to the advancement of the sport.

Eligibility: Players born on or after 1st January 2013 are eligible to participate in the championship. The Birth Registration Certificate must have been issued within five years of the player’s birth to be considered valid.
